The NFL is requiring teams to hire a minority offensive coach and added women to its Rooney Rule after Brian Flores sued the Miami Dolphins.
Williams was responding to remarks made by John McEnroe that while she was the best female player, on the men's tour she'd be "like 700."
McEnroe said Williams could beat some male players, but if she had to just play the men's circuit, that would be a different story.
