Alfredo Forgione, 47, Passes Away; Westchase Youth Football Community Loses a Leader

The Westchase youth football community has lost one of their own. Alfredo Forgione, 47, passed away on Wednesday Dec. 22.

Forgione, who lived in Oldsmar, was a well known coach for the Westchase Colts and an active member of the Tampa Bay Youth Football League. He is survived by his wife, Karen, son Vincent and two daughters, Alexandria and Victoria, according to the Gonzalez Funeral Home obituary.

Scott Levinson, president of the Tampa Youth Football League, wrote these words on the organization's website: "Please join TBYFL in remembering a good coach, dad, husband, and friend. Al gave so much to the kids and all he asked for in return was effort and a smile."
