COVID-19 Vaccination Opportunities In Hillsborough County

All Florida residents shall be eligible to receive any COVID-19 vaccine as prescribed by the Food and Drug Administration.
PERSONS AGES 16-17: The Pfizer vaccine is authorized for persons age 16 and up. The Moderna and Janssen (Johnson and Johnson) vaccines are authorized for persons age 18 and up. All individuals under the age of 18 receiving a vaccine must be accompanied by a guardian and complete the COVID-19 vaccine screening and consent form. A consent form can be downloaded here or obtained at the vaccine site must be completed and signed by the parent or legal guardian before the vaccine will be administered to the child.

Transportation Help for those with Medicaid
If you have Medicaid and need transportation to get your vaccine, there is help. Florida Medicaid will take you to get the COVID-19 vaccine at no cost. All you need to do is set up a time to get your vaccine. Next, let your Medicaid plan know you need a ride and they will take care of the rest.
