Free Stress and Grief Management Group

A group focused on stress management and coping with grief is meeting weekly in the Westchase area.

The meetings are free and confidential. Grace Terry www.grace-terry.com, a social worker with 25 years experience as a grief education and stress support specialist, leads the meetings.
