VITAL STATISTICS OFFICE NOTICE OF OFFICE CLOSURES: Will Be CLOSING 12:30-4:30 pm on both afternoons on March 23, 2021 and March 24, 2021 for Mandatory Trainings The office will re-open for normal business hours on Thursday, March 25, 2021 Birth Certificates can also be ordered at the following Tax Collector Offices if you are the parent or child (of legal age of 18) listed on the birth record:
