VITAL STATISTICS OFFICE NOTICE OF OFFICE CLOSURES: Will Be CLOSING 12:30-4:30 pm on the afternoon of Tuesday, April 13, 2021 for Mandatory Training. The office will re-open for normal business hours on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.

Birth Certificates can also be ordered at the following Tax Collector Offices if you are the parent or child (of legal age of 18) listed on the birth record:
