ODESSA, FL — A 54-year-old Odessa man was killed in a Sunday morning crash on Tarpon Springs Road. According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, Nicholas De Santo, 29, of Lutz was driving a 2016 Ford transit van owned by Morgan Air around 9:31 a.m. June 18. As De Santo was heading eastbound onto Tarpon Springs Road from Tyler Road, Hee Soong Lee was riding west on Tarpon Springs Road on a Kawasaki Vulcan Voyager. Deputies say De Santo did not see the motorcycle and turned into its path. Lee's motorcycle hit the van, an email from the sheriff's office said. Lee was taken to a local hospital, but was later pronounced dead. Authorities have released no further information at this time, including whether charges were filed. Image via Shutterstock
