• WCA Board Approves Pool Supervisor Contract (westchasewow.com) — Westchase residents will see new rules and technology at community pools and Countryway pickleball courts, including ID check-ins starting January 30, 2026, and a new Pool Supervisor contract. The WCA board also approved higher Pipeline lane fees, pressure washing, updated email and tech systems, and a bulk mailing on 112 proposed guideline changes that homeowners must vote on.
