Teens Steal, Crash Van In Town N' Country

TOWN N' COUNTRY, FL -- Two teenagers were arrested on Monday after being involved in a hit-and-run accident in a van stolen from Pasco County.

According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office, one teen picked up the other in the stolen white 2009 Ford Econoline van stolen and drove to the McDonald's at 7909 W. Hillsborough Ave, in Town N' Country, where the teens crashed the van into another vehicle and fled the scene.

After leaving the scene, the teens lost control of the van and crashed into a fence behind Bravo Supermarket at 7311 W Hillsborough Ave.

Deputies located the teenagers inside the van. While talking to detectives, one of the teens admitted to the offense.
