New Paint Colors Approved For Westchase Homes
Curb appeal is a big issue when buying or selling a home, but it also goes a long way into making a neighborhood feel like home. The Westchase Voting Members approved a new color palette for the exterior of homes in Westchase at their meeting onFeb. 12.

There was also a new rule that allows a homeowner who recently added an extension or addition to their home to paint that new portion the same color as the rest of the house, according to Westchasewow.com.

New Location for Next Movie in the Park
The next Movie in The Park event in Westchase was announced last week. The movie also be shown at a new location.
The announcement was made at the Westchase Voting Members meeting on Feb. 12, according to westchasewow.com.
Westchase Community Association President Joaquin Arrillaga said that next Movie in the Park will be on March 8 at the "Montague Street green in West Park Village Town Center," according to the report. The movie will be Big Miracle.
Big Miracle stars Dew Barrymore and is based on the 1989 book Freeing the Whales by Tom Rose.
According to the entry on IMDB.com, Big Miracle is summarized: "In small town Alaska, a news reporter recruits his ex-girlfriend - a Greenpeace volunteer - on a campaign to save a family of gray whales trapped by rapidly forming ice in the Arctic Circle."
