I run Continuum Co-Hosting LLC and work with short-term rental owners across Greater Orlando, New Smyrna Beach, and the Space Coast.

I provide:

◉ Full co-hosting for STRs (listing setup/optimization, guest communication, pricing, turnover coordination, and local oversight)

◉ Temporary or backup co-hosting support for owners who mostly self-manage

◉ In-person property walkthroughs for owners who want an outside evaluation using local STR market data

This is a solo operation — owners work directly with me, not a call center or rotating staff.

I’m typically a good fit for out-of-state owners who want local presence, or hosts who want help without committing to a traditional property management company.
