Acworth 4th Grader Is A Star At Home & School, Says Grandparent
Patch and T-Mobile are partnering to celebrate local 'Star Students' who make life better with contributions big and small.
Acworth, GA — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

He's my grandson.
Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?
Nevan should be recognized as a Star Student because he works hard in school. For the past 4 years , he has been at the top of his class! His mother has lupus, and there are times when he is needed to help her at home managing her illness, preparing her meals, and he looks after her when she is ill.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star local student?
He is a very sweet little boy!
