Becca's Closet Is Homeless
The non-profit group needs help finding a new home in order to keep helping girls in the Metro Atlanta Area make it to proms.

Dear Friends of the Community,
For 8 years Becca's Closet Atlanta's Kennesaw Chapter has collected thousands of dresses to distribute to girls in financial need free of charge. This award winning branch of the nation-wide non-profit has gone above and beyond to host fashion shows, help other state chapters get their start, and this year hosts their first Hospital Prom at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston.
Now we find ourselves needing special help to continue our mission of making a difference for girls in need; we need a new location.

For two years we have been grateful to stay rent free in a donated space on Kennesaw's historic Cherokee Street. The location has now been leased and it is time for us to move by the end of prom season in early May.
We are looking for a new location in the Kennesaw area with about 1,200 square feet where we can house our 3,000 dresses and racks year-round. Since we are an all volunteer organization and operate almost solely on in-kind donations, we can only offer to pay the utilities and provide a tax write-off for the rent.

Our hope is to find a place to stay for a good amount of time so we can once again turn our focus to helping girls in need.
We love serving the community and now need the help of the community to continue our efforts. Please view our website at www.beccascloset.org for more information about our organization. If you have questions or believe you can help us, please email us at beccasclosetatlanta@gmail.com or call Renae Gunter directly at 770-596-9588. Thank you for your help!
Sincerely,
Emily Petway, Renae Gunter, and Gina Handley
