Among other things, the representative will "answer calls to STAINMASTER carpet warranty service toll-free number" and "accurately respond to inquiries and complaints from consumers, mills, dealers, and INVISTA personnel about STAINMASTER brand products and consumer warranty coverage," according to the job description on the company's website.
