Prim Properties, a new BTR property management company, announces the addition of Rebecca Johnson as its new Controller. Johnson brings over a decade of experience in accounting, financial management and strategic leadership, specializing in multifamily real estate and construction finance, accuracy and compliance.

In her new role as Controller, Johnson oversees all accounting functions across Prim Properties’ portfolio, driving efficiency and alignment across the organization while ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

Johnson has overseen financial accounting for portfolios exceeding $2 billion with over 60+ multifamily assets and over 19,000 units in 13 markets. She has a track record of implementing complex accounting systems and driving organizational improvements. Before joining Prim Properties, she served as CFO at REM Living, LLC, and held senior leadership roles at The NuRock Companies, The Radco Companies and Walton Communities.
