2 Injured, Suspect At Large In North Point Mall Carnival Shooting

ALPHARETTA, GA — Two young adults were injured and a suspect was at large in a Wednesday evening shooting at the North Point Mall carnival, according to the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety.
Officers responded to the scene around 7 p.m. to a shots fired call. The shooting is believed to be an isolated incident, Alpharetta Police said at a Wednesday night news conference.
The two people were treated at a local hospital. Their condition is unknown.

Police said the male suspect ran away from the scene after the shooting. The relationship between the two people and man is unknown. A handgun was found at the scene, police said.
