ALPHARETTA, GA — On the heels of commemorating the seventh anniversary of Avalon in October, the leasing team at North American Properties has executed 13 long- and short-term deals with local, national and global brands.

New concepts joining the retail mix at Avalon include Hatley, Lilly Pulitzer, Lovesac, Maker’s Market, Nike and Rowan. Seasonal pop-ups open at Avalon include the Atlanta Falcons and United Team Store, Cappai Designs and the annual Holiday Market featuring five local makers and merchants.

“Avalon is not just a place the community wants to be, it’s where the best experiential retail brands want to be, too – and that’s because our neighbors and visitors from afar consistently show up to support them,” said Adam Schwegman, partner and senior vice president of leasing at North American Properties. “Across our portfolio, we’re seeing higher-than-ever foot traffic, including at Avalon, where on Black Friday alone, more than 51,900 shoppers visited the center. The momentum our team is experiencing headed into 2022 paints a great picture of how much brands still value physical retail space.”

As Avalon continues evolving, legacy brands at the mixed-use destination are also elevating their experiences to better serve the Alpharetta community.
