$65 Million is This Weekend’s Top Lottery Prize
Friday's Mega Millions jackpot is this weekend's largest prize, but the Powerball jackpot is nothing to scoff at.
A California lottery player’s win on Wednesday means Georgia Lottery fans will be playing for one smaller jackpot this weekend. Luckily for them, though, one multi-million dollar prize is still growing.
One ticket sold in the Golden State matched Wednesday’s Powerball winning numbers: 3-23-31-34-47 and Powerball 13. That one ticket’s worth? An estimated $213 million.
Wednesday’s win means that Saturday’s night’s Powerball jackpot will be a good bit lower. As of Friday morning, that prize stood at $40 million.

But lottery players looking for the biggest payout for matching all the numbers should buy a ticket for Friday night’s Mega Millions drawing. As of Friday morning, the jackpot stood at an estimated $65 million.
