Alpharetta High School Winter Guard Wins 3rd Place at Championships

AHS Concludes the Season with a Bronze Medal

Congratulations to the Alpharetta High School Winter Guard for winning 3rd place at the SAPA Championships on March 29 at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in Chattanooga, TN.

The AHS team concluded their season by showcasing their performance, Secret Garden, in the challenging Scholastic Regional A - Round 3, earning an impressive score of 86.18.

The Junior Raiders had a final successful run with their show, Being Green, scoring 78.04. Competing in the Cadet division, the middle school team faced off against eleven other high school and middle school teams, ultimately finishing in an impressive fifth place.

As the Winter Season comes to a close, the Alpharetta High School Color Guard is gearing up for the upcoming Fall Season by hosting a Spin Clinic on April 22 at Webb Bridge Middle School, specifically for all rising 9th graders zoned for AHS. Everyone is invited to learn how simple it is to begin spinning a flag, dancing, and experience the joy of having fun with friends while making new friends.
