What’s a “virtual office”? You could think of it as the New ‘P.O. Box’ for the modern era. Virtual offices can include:

  • Mail service that can receive and forward your mail (physically or scan to email)
  • A local phone number
  • A live receptionist answering calls for your business

Here are the top stories today in Alpharetta-Milton:

  1. This week is Georgia Cities Week, and the City of Milton has events planned to celebrate all that Milton has to offer — including services, employees and volunteers. You're invited to sign up for a “Parks Passport” program and visit different parks; here is a link with more information: https://www.miltonga.gov/home/showdocument?id=6598. There are special bins in the City Hall lobby for battery recycling, a "Tree Tour" at Bell Memorial Park, and much more. (City of Milton)
  2. The Milton Library is closed for repairs due to water damage from flooding last winter. While it's closed, you can return books and transfer holds to another Fulton County library location. If you don't indicate another location when you create a hold, the books will be automatically re-routed to the Roswell Library. (Milton Library)
  3. A former Forsyth County teacher has been charged with child pornography. James Andrew "Drew" Cecil of Cumming, a fourth-grade teacher at Poole's Mill Elementary, was arrested for possession of child pornography and sexual exploitation of children. He also taught and coached volleyball at North Forsyth High School prior to working at Poole's Mill. Investigators are asking parents/guardians or former students who have any information about the charges to contact the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office." (FOX 5 Atlanta)
