Alpharetta Named Best Place To Live In Georgia
The list was compiled by Money magazine.

ALPHARETTA, GA — The city of Alpharetta has received another notch in its belt for the quality of life it provides to residents, businesses as well as stakeholders. Money magazine has named the state as the best place to live in Georgia.
The Best Places to Live In Every State list, which was released Dec. 17, is compiled by the magazine each year. This year's considerations include locations with 50,000 or more inhabitants. Those behind the rankings did not consider places that have more than double the national crime risk, a lack of ethnic diversity and less than 85 percent of their state's household median income.
The list also took into account data on topics such as public education, income, amenities, economic health, crime and ease of living.
