One of Angela's most notable contributions to the Wesleyan community is the math team. Angela, an Alpharetta resident, has received well-deserved recognition for her efforts in pursuit of the existence and success of the Wesleyan math team in the form of the aforementioned leadership scholarship. Angela has achieved many successes as a member of the math team. For example, she was the first student since 2005 to be invited to participate in the American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME). Additionally, just this past weekend, Angela placed 10th out of 289 students from across the state in the individual round of a math competition at the University of Georgia.
Wesleyan, a Christ-centered K-12 college preparatory school in Peachtree Corners, is so proud of Angela for all of her accomplishments during her time as a Wesleyan student!
