In this real estate market, two brains are better than one

In this rapidly changing real estate market, wouldn’t it be helpful to have a team of Realtors working on your behalf?
Say: one with deep experience in mortgage lending to help you navigate increasingly tricky financing options. And another who was a wiz at sales and data, who could help you assess a home’s true value and potential.

Here are the top stories today in Alpharetta-Milton:
- Congratulations to the Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra; they won a Fulton County Arts & Culture contract for services award. “Fulton County is the Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra’s home base, and support for the arts and culture in our county is exceedingly important,” said Kelly Meholic, executive director for the Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra. “It not only provides quality entertainment, but it also fosters economic, educational and cultural growth within our community.” (Appen)
- The City of Milton is a wonderful community to work for. The benefits for working for Milton include health insurance, counseling options, fitness opportunities and much more. If you're interested in working for the city, please check out www.miltonga.gov/Careers to check out for current openings. (City of Milton)
- Do you wonder what the dogs are checking for when you're at the Atlanta Airport? “Mox,” a beagle and Customs and Border Protection agent, recently had an unusual find. He found a giant African snail in the luggage of a traveler who came in on a flight from Nigeria. "In addition to the snail, Mox found goat meat, cow skins, melon seeds, and vegetables, all which are not allowed on an aircraft traveling into the country. Giant African snails are one of the most damaging snails in the world because they consume at least 500 types of plants. They threaten U.S. agricultural resources and causes damage to tropical and subtropical environments." (WSB Atlanta)
