In this real estate market, two brains are better than one

In this rapidly changing real estate market, wouldn’t it be helpful to have a team of Realtors working on your behalf?
Say: one with deep experience in mortgage lending to help you navigate increasingly tricky financing options. And another who was a wiz at sales and data, who could help you assess a home’s true value and potential.

Now imagine if those Realtors had lived in the area for over 20 years, were in the top 5 percent of producers in the Atlanta area and were so obsessed with customer service that they had over 80 5-star reviews from clients.
Too good to be true you might be thinking. Well, meet LeeAnn and Phillip Maxwell.

Here are the top stories today in Alpharetta-Milton:
- Our area has a shortage of one form of the antibiotic amoxicillin, and that especially affects children. It is prescribed for illnesses such as ear infections and strep throat and used for children since it tastes like bubble gum. This shortage has been caused by supply chain issues, and hopefully will be resolved in the following weeks. Unfortunately, there has been a surge of children in our emergency rooms for RSV and the flu. (WSB Atlanta)
- Do you know anyone in our community who's having difficulty paying for food? The Alpharetta Fire Department has a program called "My Watch Alpharetta" that can help. They have a small food pantry and help find resources due to their partnerships with local organizations that can provide food. (Alpharetta Dept. of Public Safety)
- Are your little ones interested in learning dance? They can take a free trial class today offered by Rhythm N' Shoes at the Milton City Park and Preserve’s Community Center. There will be two classes, one for pre-ballet, and another for hip hop/jazz. Your children can check out the classes and have fun! Registration is required.
