- There was an attempted theft at the Home Depot on Windward Parkway in Alpharetta earlier this month. A couple loaded up a shopping cart with a lawn mower, tools and other items. One suspect distracted service personnel at the store entrance while the other one pushed the loaded cart into the parking lot. When the store manager confronted one suspect, the other one pushed the cart back into the store and ran out. They both left in a car.
