Financial Aid Program Launched For Recreational, Athletic, Arts Activities In Milton

Milton's new financial aid initiative aims to ensure children may participate in activities, regardless of their family's income levels.

MILTON, GA — The City of Milton has launched a financial aid opportunity for its recreational programs, an initiative to help ensure that a child can participate regardless of their family’s financial situation.

Milton’s Parks and Recreation Department will run this initiative for residents interested in athletic, arts, and other activities run directly by the city as well as its program partners.

Parents can apply by filling out required forms and submitting them along with financial records either in person or by mail, directed to “Parks and Recreation Dept., Financial Program, Milton City Hall, Milton, GA 30004”. City staff will review the documentation on a case-by-case basis, informing families if they qualify for financial aid.
