Fulton County Poll Locations To Extend Hours After Technical Issues

FULTON COUNTY, GA — Two polling locations in Fulton County have announced they will be extending voting hours on Election Day after technical issues.

If a court order is approved, Hopewell Middle School, 13060 Cogburn Road in Milton, and Creel Park, 2775 Creel Road in College Park, will stay open an additional 20-30 minutes on Tuesday night, according to WSB-TV.

In Cobb County, a judge signed an order Tuesday afternoon that would keep two precincts open past 7 p.m. Poll workers experienced a delay in getting the locations open promptly, according to the county.

The polls are open for the May 24 Primary Election from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters in line by 7 p.m. are allowed to cast a ballot.

On Election Day, you must vote at your designated polling place. You can find your assigned polling location on your voter registration card, by logging into the Secretary of State's My Voter Page, or by contacting your County Board of Registrar's Office.
