GA National Fastpitch Qualifier to be Held in Alpharetta

Southern Pride Sports and Premier Girls Fastpitch will be holding the Georgia National Fastpitch Qualifier at North Park in Alpharetta.

From Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau: June 2nd, 3rd & 4th, Southern Pride Sports, along with Premier Girls Fastpitch (PGF) are holding the Georgia National Fastpitch Qualifier at North Park in Alpharetta, Georgia. The tournament will bring some of the best 14u, 16u and 18u teams from all over the country. The top three teams in each division will qualify to compete at the PGF National Championships this Summer. These teams will compete against 300 other teams that qualified across the country.

PGF began in 2008 as an alternate to other fastpitch associations across the country at the time. Now, almost 10 years later the best of the best teams across the country play PGF. The PGF National Championships are held across two weeks during the summer in Huntington Beach, California each year. PGF has also become the go to association for college coaches looking for top level talent. The PGF National Championships have become the most recruited amateur fastpitch event in the country.

The Alpharetta Convention & Visitors Bureau works with groups like Southern Pride Sports and Premier Girls Fastpitch to provide complimentary planning services to assist in bringing exciting sporting events such as this to Alpharetta.

“We love supporting and working with event organizers to create events that are fun for individuals or the entire family,” said Janet Rodgers, President and CEO of Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau. “We invite residents and visitors to come out to support the teams.”
