Job Fair On Aug. 30 For Pike Nurseries In Milton

MILTON, GA — Residents who want to get paid to play in the dirt are encouraged to attend a job fair that will be held at the new Pike Nurseries store in Milton.

In anticipation of opening its store in September, Pike Nurseries will hold the job fair from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30. The garden retailer plans to hire associates to serve in a variety of full- and part-time positions, including cashiers, loading, operations and drivers – to its new Milton store set to open this September. Candidates who enjoy working with people and playing in the dirt are encouraged to apply.

The Milton location at 3155 Bethany Bend will be the 19th store for Pike Nurseries and will sit on a four-acre lot. You can expect about 64,800 square feet of retail space, which will include an indoor store, outdoor garden center and in-house office for landscaping consulting.

Guests to the new store can anticipate a vast selection of trees, shrubs, perennials, vegetables, as well as a curated collection of lifestyle products such as pottery, fountains, patio furniture and birding supplies.
