Where: Wills Park, 11925 Wills Road, Alpharetta

What: Milton's Independence Day Walking and Celebration Parade

Where:12615 Broadwell Road, Milton

When: 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, July 1

For Alpharetta's July 4th observance, the main parking lots will be Wacky World at Wills Park, Wills Park Recreation Center, Will Park Equestrian Center and the Alpharetta Community Center on Roswell Street. Old Milton Parkway will be partially closed near Wills Park once parking lots are full to capacity and will only allow one-way traffic.

Hundreds of dollars in prizes will be awarded in various contests at Milton's Independence Day celebration. The city is planning to have inflatables, food vendors, face painting and arts and crafts.
