Massive Blaze Damages Alpharetta Home
All residents were safely able to get out of the burning Alpharetta house, fire officials said Tuesday.
ALPHARETTA, GA — There were no injuries in a Monday afternoon fire at a Kimball Ridge house, the Alpharetta Department of Public Safety said Tuesday.
The Johns Creek Fire Department assisted Alpharetta firefighters with responding around 3:30 p.m. to the structure fire.
When crews arrived, they found heavy smoke and flames coming from the front of the house and immediately began its attack on the fire.

Photos posted to the department's Facebook page show a massive blaze bursting out of the house's roof and siding.
Though the house partially collapsed, fire officials said no crew members were injured during the response.

"Crews on scene were able to make a quick knock down on the fire and limit its spread within the structure. The drone was utilized to see the structure from above, looking for hotspots to extinguish," fire officials said on Facebook.
Fire officials said all residents were safely able to get out of the house. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
