- Tickets for the Milton Tour of homes are going on sale today! This event will take place on Saturday, Saturday, June 10. It is a self guided walking tour that will take 2-3 hours to complete. Proceeds will be donated to local charities including Children’s Development Academy (CDA), Georgia National Cemetery Advisory Council and Meals by Grace. Here is a link to ticket information. - According to a recent article, Alpharetta is one of the top places in the country to raise a family! It is number six, and reasons for this award are schools, economy and community events. The top two cities in the survey are Plano, TX and Cumming, GA. (Simply Showing)
- Are you familiar with Rucker Farm in Alpharetta? Its volunteers plant vegetables, weed, take care of animals and more. In addition, the farm provides fresh organic produce to North Fulton Charities each week. - Alpharetta's Rotary Club is hosting concerts on the first and third Friday evenings this summer. This free series takes place on the green in downtown Alpharetta. Here is a list of upcoming performances: May 19 - G Clef & The Playlist, June 2 - Across the Wide, June 16 -Skynfolks , July 7 - Acoustic Soul, July 21 - Dock Rock Band, August 4 - Velvet City Sound – August 18 - Fly Betty, and September 1 – Fluxcapacitor. - Core 57 and the City of Alpharetta are running a blood drive at Alpharetta City Hall on May 25. It will go from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Everyone who donates blood that day will be entered into a raffle for Core 57 swag and gift certificates. You can sign up using this link. (City of Alpharetta)
- Do you have any Bed Bath & Beyond 20% off coupons? Bed Bath & Beyond stores aren't honoring them anymore because they announced Chapter 11 bankruptcy. However, you can use the coupons at The Container Store "on any single item through May 31", and at Big Lots "through May 7, 2023 on entire purchases of $50".
