Nauti Dog Grill Specialty Restaurant Opens At Alpharetta City Center
The nautical-themed gourmet hot dog restaurant, Nauti Dog Grill, will serve various kinds of hot dogs, cheese steaks, tater tots and more.

ALPHARETTA, GA — Nauti Dog Grill, a locally owned specialty hot dog restaurant, is now open at Alpharetta City Center, and will occupy the space in between local favorites Never Enough Thyme and Lapeer Steak & Seafood.
Nauti Dog Grill will offer all the comforts of an island bar, with a marine atmosphere and unique spins on the classic hot dog. Menu items include the “Nimitz”, a footling hot dog, and the “Carolina Dog” topped with housemate jalapeño slaw and Carolina barbecue sauce. The concept will also offer cheese steaks, tater tots with various toppings and vegan hot dog options. Adult customers can enjoy a full bar with boozy milkshakes and refreshing island-style cocktails. The space will boast a freshly remodeled interior and revamped back patio for outdoor dining.
Nauti Dog Grill is the latest concept from Chef Rob Pniewski and Michele and Mike Doyle, the family team behind Never Enough Thyme, a local gourmet restaurant with two locations in Alpharetta. The team opened their first restaurant in 2001 before relocating to Alpharetta City Center in 2019. Their second location opened at Halcyon in 2020. The Doyles drew inspiration for Nauti Dog Grill from their travels to the British Virgin Islands, mutual love for sailing, and Mike's experiences as a Navy and Marine Corp veteran.

“Never Enough Thyme has thrived as a part of Alpharetta City Center, and it was a natural decision to open up our newest concept next door,” Michele Doyle said. “The community in downtown Alpharetta is extremely welcoming, and we knew that the area would benefit from a convenient, grab-and-go type of restaurant. We look forward to seeing guests strolling the Town Green with a delicious Nauti Dog in hand.”
Nauti Dog Grill will join Alpharetta City Center as the latest addition to its roster of over 30 upscale retailers, restaurants and service providers. With the opening of Luxury Watches and Diamonds in December of last year, the property is now fully occupied.
