North American Properties Receive 2017 LOCUS Award

From The Wilbert Group: Each year, LOCUS: Responsible Real Estate Developers and Investors, a program of Smart Growth America, recognizes real estate professionals who have demonstrated exemplary leadership in creating sustainable, equitable, walkable urban neighborhoods with our annual LOCUS Leadership Awards.

This year, the organization bestows the 2017 LOCUS Developer of the Year Award to North American Properties - Atlanta for their outstanding work in developing properties that transform the community and create lasting value for the citizens who live there.

North American Properties - Atlanta relentlessly advocates for walkability and connectivity with all of it projects. Walkability is a cornerstone for their development approach and they believe it is a key component to creating great places and street level energy.

The LOCUS Leadership Awards were presented at the 2017 LOCUS National Leadership Summit in Washington, D.C. on April 24, 2017.
