North Atlanta Football League Buys State-of-the-Art Helmets

The recreational league aims to maximize playing time for players and provide a fun, safe and educational experience.

The North Atlanta Football League has purchased 253 state-of-the-art helmets for its players.

The league has served the Alpharetta and Milton communities since 2015. It offers youth flag football, tackle football and cheer and caters to kindergarten through fifth grades.

The recreational league aims to maximize playing time for players and provide a fun, safe and educational experience. It uses football as a vehicle for teaching participants important life lessons, including the importance of focusing on academics, character development, and giving back to the community.

NAFL coaches recently fit players with the new VICIS helmets, which they will use when the new season kicks off. The league is looking to donate its current helmets, which are perfectly safe for continued use, to another league that could benefit from them.
