Parkland Communities has broken ground on its future office building located at 363 Main Street in Alpharetta, Georgia. The new building will serve as the company’s headquarters and offices for Parkland Communities, Parkland Residential and Parkland Homes.
This building was originally the Thompson’s Grocery store dating back to the early 1950s when Main Street was just a small two-lane rural road. TSW provided the architecture plans for the new design and the general contractor is Parrish Construction.
