Shake Shack To Open Alpharetta Location This Month

ALPHARETTA, GA — Well-known burger and milkshake restaurant, Shake Shack, is opening up shop in Alpharetta later this month.

The business took over the former Burger King location at 11780 Haynes Bridge Rd. It is slated to open on Feb. 16, according to Atlanta Eater. The store will have a drive-thru pick-up window for preorders. It will also have a patio, ordering kiosk and renovated dining area, the website reported.

Alpharetta-based foster children nonprofit, Dream Weavers, will receive $1 for every burger sold on opening day, Atlanta Eater said.

Shake Shack has four other locations in Georgia, including at Perimeter Mall in Sandy Springs, Buckhead, Old Fourth Ward and Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in Atlanta.
