Sole Finalist Announced For Next City Of Alpharetta Administrator
Chris Lagerbloom is under consideration and the sole finalist to be appointed as City Administrator for the City of Alpharetta.
ALPHARETTA, GA — Pursuant to state law requirements, the City of Alpharetta has announced that Chris Lagerbloom is under consideration and the sole finalist to be appointed as City Administrator and is deemed to be best qualified to serve in that role.
Documents concerning this final candidate are available for inspection and copying, upon an Open Records Act request being made.
No final vote or action on this appointment will occur until, at least, May 31.

Lagerbloom was named city manager of the City of Fort Lauderdale in Florida in January 2019. He began his career with that city in February 2016 as an assistant city manager.
Previously, he was the city manager in Milton, beginning in 2009. He was interim city manager for Milton from 2007-2008.
