Website Ranks Cambridge Among Top 100 High Schools

Cambridge joins two other Georgia high schools on the list released by The Best Schools ranking website​.

MILTON, GA — Milton's Cambridge High School has been ranked among the 100 Best Public High Schools in the nation, according to The Best Schools ranking website.

Cambridge joins two other Georgia public high schools on the list, which ranks schools based on criteria that includes students’ performance on state proficiency tests and SAT/ACT scores, graduation rates, percentage of students who go on to college, student reviews, and participation in Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate programs.

Cambridge, which ranks 42nd on the list, was touted for its broad range of career pathways, including broadcast and video production, computer science, law and justice, and veterinary sciences. The school’s college credit dual enrollment programs are also mentioned, as well as their 40 percent participation rate in the Talented and Gifted program.

Other Georgia schools on the list are Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology at No. 15 and Columbus High School at No. 28.
