Murder Hearing Ends With Violence as Accused Teen Overturns Table
Edward Davidson's murder was the fifth in 2012.

Anthony Jermaine Fuller was 16 when he and two others broke into Edward Davidson's house off Jefferson River Road last year. But Fuller has told authorities he didn't shoot and kill the 76-year-old man.Β
On Thursday, during a pre-trial hearing, authorities playedΒ Fuller's recorded admission to police, whichΒ says he broke into the house but didn't kill Davidson, according to a story in the Athens Banner Herald.Β Fuller facesΒ murder and other charges along with Justin Oneal Baughns, 23, and Dwayne Tavares Myers, 31.
Police believe Myers and Fuller went into Davidson's house and that Baughns drove the car, the story says. Which means that Myers, a convicted felon at the time of the burglary, may have shot Davidson.
