Open House for the Downtown Athens Master Plan on Tuesday Night
The plan has been months in the making.

There's an open house from 5:30 to 7pm in the Chamber of Commerce Building on Hancock Street for the Downtown Athens Master Plan.
You'll be seeing the most recent draft of the Plan, a "cookbook" of possible projects developed over the past year or so through hundreds of interviews and pages of input. On hand will be UGA professor Jack Crowley and his graduate students who have gathered and assembled the information.
They will talk about specific features, answer questions and take notes. There's no formal presentation, just renderings displayed on easels. People can bring up their concerns to Crowley in a one-on-one setting.
