Crown Tenant Advisors, a boutique healthcare real estate firm, has promoted Latrice T. Smith, Esquire, MPH to Senior Director for its corporate office. Smith will be responsible for serving the real estate interests of healthcare providers in Georgia through tenant- and buyer-only representation.

Since joining the company in 2021, Smith has helped numerous healthcare professionals open a new practice, relocate, and expand their current practice by representing them in lease negotiations and building and land purchases. “Latrice has received rave reviews and several referrals for her unbiased advice and fervent negotiation skills,” said Amanda Riepe, Vice President of Crown Tenant Advisors. “Her attention to detail and market insight combined with a diverse background in the healthcare industry and years of law and commercial real estate experience have made Latrice a trusted asset to her clients and our team.”

Smith obtained her Juris Doctorate from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and received her Master of Public Health in Health Administration and Policy and Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi.
