New Construction Underway at College Park MARTA Station

COLLEGE PARK, GA -- Phase I of ThePad on Harvard, which includes 109 upscale apartments, is under way across from the College Park MARTA Station.

This is the first new multifamily development to break ground in College Park in 40 years, according to the city’s mayor.

Phase II of this mixed-use, transit-oriented, Google Fiber-connected development will break ground this fall. The second phase will include a hip Aloft Hotel and 25,000 square feet of local, organic and healthy lifestyle retail. At full build-out, ThePad will entail and $80 million investment and 465,000 square feet of new mixed-use development.

Niles Bolton Associates is designing Phase I and Phase II of ThePad. Interiors and entertainment space for the Aloft Hotel are being created by designONE, which designed the W Hotel in Midtown.
