New Leases at 101 Marietta Street

Tenants from entertainment, media and professional services highlight leasing surge at iconic downtown tower.

The new lease agreements represent over 36,500 square feet of new and expanded occupancy at 101 Marietta Street, and cover a diverse range of sectors that include entertainment, media, engineering and professional services. New tenants and lease expansions at the building with move-in dates include:

  • Lowther Walker, LLC – renewed lease June 2018
  • Dino Bones Productions - new lease July 2018
  • RNN Group – expanded lease July 2018
  • National Business Technologies - new lease July 2018
  • Kingdom Quality Communications - new lease October 2018
  • Gude Management Group - new lease December 2018
  • Pate and Johnson, LLC – renewed lease January 2019
  • The Epsten Group - new lease May 2019

Located just steps away from landmark destinations such as Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium and CNN Center, the iconic tower has capitalized on Downtown Atlanta’s renaissance by signing leasing agreements totaling more than 112,000 square feet year-to-date. The building recently underwent a $5 million repositioning project and offers brand new amenities, breathtaking skyline views, connectivity and access to vibrant in-town destinations that attract top talent across Atlanta.

101 Marietta Street has added several improvements that include a state-of-the-art front lobby designed by Perkins+Will. The lobby features a life-size, two-way virtual window offering real-time views of the streetscape and building interior, along with restaurant-style booths and collaborative workspaces. The lobby received a merit award from AIA Georgia for its exceptional design and rebrand work

Other upgrades to the building include a modern conference center with training rooms, a brand-new fitness center, and a tenant lounge known as “The Hub.” A tenant favorite, “The Hub” offers a place to relax with televisions, a pool table, couches and a kitchen with barstool-style seating.

101 Marietta Street offers convenient access to three separate MARTA train stations, and is also in close proximity to several shopping and dining venues in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, including SkyLounge and White Oak Kitchen. The building is part of the city’s newly dedicated arts and entertainment district.
