• Colonial Dames 17th Century bestow Community Service Award (timesenterprise.com) — Bainbridge readers may recognize journalist Jill Holloway, former managing editor of the Bainbridge Post-Searchlight, who has been honored with a Community Service Award in Thomasville. The Colonial Dames 17th Century chapter recognized her for volunteer work with Thomas County Young Life, while the story also recalls her earlier Emerging Journalist Award earned during her time reporting in Bainbridge.
