Barrow Residents Receive Scholarships from Valdosta State

Valdosta State University has recognized more than 400 students for receiving scholarships during the 2012-13 academic year. Barrow County residents receiving scholarships include: 

• Cecelia Stevens of Winder — Music Alliance Scholarship
• Olivia Nix of Winder — R.B. Whitehead Scholarship
• Olivia Nix of Winder — R.B. Whitehead Scholarship
• Chance Wall of Winder — Robin Robinson Scholarship
