• Christina May Funk, 23, 1606 Whitney Road, Dacula, charged with criminal trespass (family violence) and battery (family violence)
• Joshua Melvin Healan, 23, 478 Golf Course Road, Winder, charged with probation violation and failure to appear
• Jeffery Alan Hinkson, 61, 203 Mount Moriah Road, Apt. 11, Auburn, charged with stalking
• Broderick Kiwanice Jones, 25, 143 Bell Acres Road, Maysville, charged with failure to obey signs or control devices, obstruction or hindering law enforcement, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, driving while license suspended or revoked and theft by taking (felony)
• Dionne Yvette Jones, 32, 145 Duke St., Winder, charged with new resident must register in Georgia within 30 days, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, failure to obey signs or control devices, failure to maintain insurance, driving while license withdrawn and removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent
• Damon Antonio Kinney, 35, 38 Atlanta Ave., Winder, charged with probation violation
• Justin Andrew Maddox, 19, 272 Griffith St., Winder, charged with DUI — drugs and failure to yield right of way to vehicle
• Lisa Kayla Maddox, 29, 309 N. Broad St., Apt. No. 5, Winder, hold for Auburn Police Department
• Charles Wayne Michael, 33, 582 Matthews School Road, Winder, hold for Gwinnett
• Michelle Denise Morris, 45, 4427 Oakwood Road, Apt. 31, Oakwood, charged with failure to appear
• Stephanie Brooke Osier, 23, 74 Howard Circle, Winder, charged with operating vehicle where prohibited, failure to have license on person, possession and use of drug-related objects and DUI — alcohol
• Auzzie Eugene Parker, 31, 846 Georgetown Drive, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Courtney Renee Patterson, 20, 605 Summerfield Court, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Cecil Lamont Soles, 37, 118 Plantation Road, Winder, charged with failure to maintain insurance, driving while license withdrawn, no Georgia license plate and marijuana — possess less than 1 ounce
• Carl Edward Talmage, 42, 61 N. Williamson St., Winder, charged with DUI — alcohol, public drunkenness and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Todd Ashley Wages, 33, 161 Scott Drive, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Adrian Demond Watson, 30, 311 Tuggle St., Winder, charged with probation violation, forgery in the first degree, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, driving while license withdrawn, permitting unauthorized person to drive and motorcycle equipment not used properly
• Christopher William White, 44, 158 W. Center St., Winder, charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace
• Christopher Scott Williams, 31, 79 Hills Shop Road, Winder, charged with simple assault (family violence) and terroristic threats and acts (family violence)
• Reginald Alonzo Williams, 21, 429 Shenandoah Court, Winder, charged with five counts false imprisonment, burglary in the first degree and three counts armed robbery
