• Lauren Ashley Colley, 26, 530 Oxford Ridge, Winder, charged with hit and run/duty of driver to stop at or return to scene of accident, following too closely, DUI — drugs, two counts endangering a child by driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while license withdrawn, knowingly driving motor vehicle on suspended, canceled or revoked license and failure to maintain insurance
• Steven Russell Colley, 24, 530 Oxford Ridge, Winder, charged with two counts obstruction or hindering law enforcement
• Carlos Jesus Cortezabarca, 38, 66 E. New St., Winder, charged with failure to obey stop sign, expired or no driver’s license, window tint violation and brake light/turn signal violation
• Juan Dominguez-Vasques, 27, 3282 Fairway Oaks Drive, Apt. 1B, Lawrenceville, charged with driving without a valid license and speeding in excess of maximum limits
• Patrick Hilton Edwards, 26, 900 Dogwood Trail, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Marcus Rashaad Ellis, 25, 73 Smokerise Road, Crawford, charged with terroristic threats and acts
• Jeffrey Scott Feagin, 43, 750 City Pond Road, Winder, charged with sexual battery
• Anthony Justin Finch, 26, 1415 Jones Road, Winder, charged with probation violation
• Patricia Elizabeth Frady, 31, 199 James St., Winder, charged with willful obstruction of law enforcement officers, disorderly conduct and criminal trespass
