• Ray Martin Clark, 38, 85 Hickory Bluff, Braselton, charged with DUI — alcohol, failure to maintain lane, driving on wrong side of divided street, too fast for conditions, driving while declared a habitual violator, license plate specifications, forgery in the first degree, public drunkenness, giving false name, address or birth date to law enforcement officers, obstruction or hindering law enforcement and failure to report striking fixed object

• Jeffery Alan Hinkson, 61, 203 Mount Moriah Road, Apt. 11, Auburn, charged with criminal trespass
• Christopher Randall Holland, 40, 156 Sims St., Winder, charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement, simple battery, false imprisonment and criminal damage to property in the second degree

• Lawrence Truman Hughes, 44, 123 Simpson St., Spartanburg, S.C., charged with two counts theft by receiving stolen property — felony, theft by bringing stolen property into state — felony and driving while license withdrawn
