• James Russell Dudley, 47, 5100 Old 441 N., Suite A, Baldwin, charged with speeding in excess of maximum limits and removing or affixing license plate with intent to conceal or misrepresent
• Jose Echeverria, 32, 381 Mobile Drive, Winder, charged with expired or no driver’s license and simple assault (family violence)
• Steven Bernard Freeman, 43, 100 Casper Court, Winder, charged with criminal trespass and simple battery

• Raemonda Lee Inscho, 38, 526 Geiger Road, Jefferson, charged with entering automobile or other motor vehicle with intent to commit theft, possession of methamphetamine and possession and use of drug-related objects
• James Gregory Johnson, 48, 2008 Wildcat Cliffs Lane, Lawrenceville, charged with probation violation
• Travis Rodriquez Johnson, 39, 784 Tanners Bridge Circle, Bethlehem, charged with battery
• Henry Ellis Lackey, 64, 1709 Wynfield Lane, Auburn, charged with child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and sodomy (aggravated sodomy)
• Orlando Pierre Mathis, 24, 1408 Dillard Heights, Bethlehem, charged with six counts probation violation, criminal damage to property in the second degree, simple battery (family violence) and failure to appear

• Joshua Keith Powell, 26, 4307 Oak St., Oakwood, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, two counts speeding in excess of maximum limits, two counts failure to report striking fixed object, two counts failure to maintain lane, driving on wrong side of undivided street, reckless driving, unsafe vehicle or equipment, driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of open alcohol container and obstruction or hindering law enforcement
